Delete your Hi Leader account

From the app

• Sign in to Hi Leader.
• Open My Chats and scroll to the bottom.
• Choose Delete account, then Delete permanently.

Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.

What is deleted

• Your Hi Leader account.
• All of your conversations, including Hi Leader's replies.
• Any photos you attached.
• Your ratings of answers.

If you sign in with a COMPLETE People Builder account, that account is managed by COMPLETE People Builder and is not deleted here.

What is kept

Only a coded fingerprint of your email address (not the address itself) and the number of free coaching messages you had used. It exists only so that deleting your account and signing in again does not reset the free allowance.

Without the app

If you can't sign in, contact Complete Leadership Academy from the email address on your account and ask for it to be deleted.
