What we collect

Your first name, email address and an encrypted form of your password. Everything you type into a conversation and everything Hi Leader replies. Any photo you attach. Your ratings and any answer you write in the admin tools. Timestamps and internal usage counts.

Where it is stored

On a private server operated for Complete Leadership Academy, in a database that is not publicly reachable. Photos are stored outside the public web directory and are shown only to the person who attached them and to administrators.

Who can see your conversations

Complete Leadership Academy administrators can read all conversations, including yours. This is deliberate: it is how the coaching is reviewed and improved. You should assume any conversation may be read by the CLA team. The developer maintaining the system also has technical access to the server and database.

How long it is kept, and deleting your account

Your conversations and photos are kept until you delete your account. You can delete it at any time in the app: open My Chats and choose Delete account. This permanently removes your account, your conversations and any photos you attached.

If you sign in with a COMPLETE People Builder account, that account is managed by COMPLETE People Builder and is not affected; signing in again starts a new, empty Hi Leader history. When an account is deleted, one thing is kept: a coded fingerprint of the email address (not the address itself, and it cannot be turned back into it) together with the number of free coaching messages that account had used. It exists only so that deleting an account and signing in again does not reset the free allowance.

Who else processes it

To answer you, your message and the relevant excerpts from CLA's material are sent to Anthropic, which operates the AI model. Searching the material also involves Voyage AI. Both are processors acting on CLA's instructions; their own terms govern what they retain and whether it is used to improve their models, and CLA will state that here once confirmed in writing.

Analytics and cookies

There are no third-party analytics or advertising trackers. The only cookie is the one that keeps you signed in.

Payment

Hi Leader does not take payments or store card details. Plans are purchased outside the app, and Hi Leader only records on your account that a plan is active.

Workshop attendees

A workshop code adds coaching messages to your existing account for a limited time. Everything above applies in the same way.

Children

Hi Leader is intended for adults in the workplace and is not directed at children.
